COPPER COATED STEEL METALLIC TAPE

Flat or V or W-Shape Copper Coated Steel metallic tape for making Spiral wound gasket. Flat metallic tape also can be for Double jacketed gaskets, and eyelets of gaskets.

Thickness: 0.15mm~2.0mm

Width: 2.9mm~100mm, 4.8~5.3mm/3.6~4.0mm is for 4.5/3.2mm of Spiral Wound Gasket

Grade: Q195-Q235, SPCC-SPCE, ST12-ST16

The materials can be 304(L),316(L), 321, 317L, 31803, Monel, Ti, Inconel, etc.

Zinccoating: 40-300g/m2 or as per demands

copper coating: 98% copper or brass coated.the layer can be 1.5-8.0 square micron(μ)

oil coated: slightly oiled / moderate oiled / heave oiled

painted: color painted,the standard can as per GB or BS
